Zeneca Peer Review

A Treadwell & Rollo technical support team provides services to the Community Advisory Group (CAG) on a redevelopment project for the Campus Bay Site (formerly Zeneca/Stauffer Chemical) on the Richmond Shoreline, through a Department of Toxic Substance Control (DTSC) Memorandum of Agreement with the developer.

We provide peer review and comments on Remedial Investigation Reports, Human Health Risk Assessment, Pilot Tests, the Feasibility Study, and Remedial Action Plans, all of which are submitted to the DTSC.  We also provide CAG meeting support and meet technical consultants and the DTSC as requested.

In addition, our team advises the CAG on environmental conditions and ecological impacts, risks to human health and the environment including radiological concerns and the potential for vapor intrusion into structures.  We also assess performance of remedial actions.
