Presidio of San Francisco As-Needed Environmental Consulting and Groundwater Monitoring

Treadwell & Rollo has performed as-needed environmental services consulting and groundwater monitoring for the Presidio Trust since 2000.  Our services include soil and groundwater sampling work plans and investigations, Remedial Action Plan (RAP) preparation, RAP work plans, and remedial design plans for landfill clean closure. 

We provided field oversight and reporting of remedial activities for landfill, as well as performed a firing range remedial investigation and feasibility study, a petroleum release site investigation, and corrective action planning.

We currently perform quarterly groundwater sampling and database management for over 200 monitoring wells; the Army previously conducted monitoring and reporting.  We worked with the Trust to streamline the program by conducting one Presidio-wide quarterly sampling event over a two-week period and preparing a data report on a semi-annual basis.
