It’s rewarding to take part in the construction industry and to have the opportunity to work on so many interesting and challenging projects in
San Francisco. 
Originally from the East Coast, Peter grew up in New York where he earned his degree in construction technology and worked in construction testing before he relocated to the Bay Area over 21 years ago. Now, with more than 18 years of experience at Treadwell & Rollo, Peter’s focus is on managing and implementing hazardous waste characterization and remediation projects. Peter’s work is often done in coordination with multi-disciplinary teams including Treadwell & Rollo’s geotechnical group.
Among Peter’s most high-profile infill projects are Mission Bay, the Transbay Temporary Terminal, The Radiance and numerous other San Francisco high-rises, along with several Mercy Housing developments. His expertise includes pre-acquisition site assessments, removal of underground storage tanks, Phase II investigations, soil and groundwater sampling and remediation, aquifer pumping tests, contractor oversight, and field inspection for numerous construction projects. Peter also specializes in site investigations and regulatory agency interaction prior to new construction/development.
