I’m drawn to what is below the surface. 
Patrick's clients run the gamut from water districts, cities and developers to semiconductor industries, law firms and the U.S. Department of Defense. His projects range from rapid site assessments to coordinating a team of professionals on long-term, multidisciplinary projects. Patrick enjoys synthesizing the relationships between data and addressing his clients' needs. He appreciates that both the quality and enjoyment of his work is enhanced by working closely with the professional teams at Treadwell & Rollo.
The scope of Patrick's expertise reflects the success of an extensive career in geotechnical engineering. Working with regulatory agencies, Patrick has negotiated work plans and cleanup criteria. In addition, he has designed investigation strategies and remedial actions, calculated contaminant transport and fate, evaluated potential seismic risk, and directed aquifer analysis and field testing. Patrick also provides expert witness testimony and litigation support.
